Get Into Construction
Programme dates: 4 – 22 October 2021
An exciting opportunity for work ready young people aged 16-30 interested in a career in the Construction industry!
On this 3-week programme you’ll:
- Learn about working in Construction from leading industry experts Balfour Beatty and Flannery.
- Gain qualifications in CITB Health and Safety Assessment, CAT 1 Cable Detection and Level 1 in Simulated Plant Operations.
- Gain CSCS Training and card.
- Get the opportunity to meet potential Construction employers with live training and job opportunities
- Receive employability training and up to 6 months personal mentoring to help you find and apply for jobs
Taster day: 29th September 2021
A chance for the interested young people to meet Prince’s Trust, Balfour Beatty and Flannery staff and other young people interested and allows us to select the young people most suitable, dedicated and motivated to complete the programme.

This five-day virtual programme is designed to help you learn about Health and Social Care and get the chance to speak to employers with
live vacancies.
This programme will be focused on looking for young people who are interested in working within a care setting outside of the NHS.
