As part of our ongoing commitment to make your home safer, SCH has designed a programme of fire risk assessments (FRAs) to take place to our high and low rise buildings. The high rises are conducted annually and our low rises are done every three years.
We will assess the risk in all shared areas of the buildings to identify any potential hazards and take appropriate action to reduce them. We will be employing the services of an independent fire specialist to check our risk assessments to make sure the are of a high standard.
