Repairs update
We are continuing to work through the repairs that were placed on hold or delayed during the national lockdowns and Covid-19 restrictions. If you are reporting repairs, we are sorry that you may be waiting longer than usual to have them completed. Please be assured that we are doing all that we can to complete all repairs as quickly as possible and return to normal levels of service. Thank you for your continued patience.
Listed below are essential repairs we will attend to:
- Total loss of electric power
- Unsafe power or lighting socket or electrical fitting
- Total loss of water supply
- Total or partial loss of gas supply
- Blocked flue to open fire or boiler
- Total or partial loss of space or water heating between 1 November and 30 April
- Blocked or leaking foul drain, soil stack or (where there is no other working toilet in the dwelling-house) toilet pan
- Toilet not flushing (where there is no other working toilet in the dwelling-house)
- Leak from water or heating pipe, tank or cistern
- Insecure external window, door or lock
- Partial loss of electric power
- Partial loss of water supply
- Total or partial loss of space or water heating between 1 May and 31 October
- Blocked sink, bath or basin (maybe rechargeable unless defective pipework)
- Loose or detached banister or hand rail
- Rotten timber flooring or stair tread
- Leaking roof
- Door entry phone not working
