
We can provide advice, help and support to anyone who is rough sleeping.
If you’re sleeping rough or know someone who is sleeping rough you can contact Solihull Home Options for help and advice.
The Housing Options team are based at 6- 8 Coppice Way, Chelmsley Wood, Solihull B37 6BX. We are open Monday – Friday between 10am and 4pm. You can access us by calling 0121 717 1515. If you are sleeping rough you will not need an appointment but you must try to call into the office as early in the day as possible. This gives us more time to be able to work with you and try to find accommodation for that evening.
We work in Partnership with Aquarius who offer an outreach service for rough sleepers. To access this service you can call 0330 0083957 or email siashomeless&housing@aquarius.org.uk, or alternatively visit their drop in service at our offices in Coppice Way every Thursday morning, or the Library in Chelmsley Wood.
Residents can report rough sleepers through the national reporting line, StreetLink on 0300 500 0914 and through the app or on the website www.streetlink.org.uk

To get help for anyone sleeping rough:
- phone the Housing Options Team 0121 717 1515 and selection Option 2
Anyone sleeping rough is offered overnight accommodation during severe weather. This is usually when the temperature falls to zero degrees or below.
Hot meals are provided by Nourish Solihull churches kitchen, a free hot meal can obtained every Wednesday 6-7pm Three Trees, The Baptist Church Centre, Hedingham Grove Chelmsley Wood B 37 7TP. Place are limited so be prompt.
