We provide a homeless service on behalf of the Council. If you are homeless or threatened with homelessness today, please call us on 0121 717 1515.
 
Within 56 days we can help with:
  • Preventing you from becoming homeless
  • Applying for housing as a homeless person
  • Sign-post you to organisations that may be able to offer specialised help and advice.

When you approach Solihull Community Housing because you are homeless or threatened with homelessness your own individual circumstances will be considered. We have a duty to try to prevent your homelessness where we can and try to ensure that we help you to help yourself secure accommodation which will be available for you to occupy. Depending on your own individual circumstances we have a range of ways of trying to prevent your homelessness and provide you with advice and assistance.
