We are looking for 2-3 bed family homes to add to our Private Sector Leasing (PSL) portfolio.
The PSL Scheme offers landlords:
- Guaranteed rent paid half yearly in advance
- Professional property management service
- No management fees or costly agents fees
- Free Initial assessment and advice on property standards
- Quarterly inspections
- The property handed back to you in the condition it was handed over, save for fair wear and tear
We are looking for family-sized properties that are in a safe, lettable condition. All properties will be required to have up to date safety certificates and have no category 1 hazards under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System.
We are happy to discuss if your property may be suitable, and complete a full property inspection free of charge without any obligation.
