Dave from Chelmsley Wood
Dave has been an SCH tenant for approximately 10 years.
He has been an engaged resident for 8 years and supports us to help keep his block safe. Dave is involved in our high rise safety inspections and has helped to maintain the communal garden. He has won awards over the years for his contribution to the garden such as SCH garden competitions and Solihull in Bloom.
Until 18 months ago, Dave would help other residents in the block by doing small jobs for them. He would put up shelving, fit toilet seats and keep a supply of difficult to fit bathroom light bulbs which he would change for residents who needed support.
