A vulnerable person is someone who may be unable to protect themselves from harm or from being exploited.
Please tell us about any additional needs or disabilities you have by filling in a customer information form for tenants or leaseholders. For example, you may need letters and leaflets in large print, or perhaps we should allow extra time for you to answer the door if we call at your home because you have difficulty walking.
The form also asks your race, religion, sexuality and family circumstances. We ask these questions because it’s important we treat all our customers fairly and that we don’t discriminate against anyone. People from different backgrounds may also have particular needs we should be aware of and different problems and issues that affect them.
We understand that the information we are asking for is personal and sensitive.
