From the 1 September 2015 all Local Authorities are obliged to publish the value of social housing stock that is held in the Housing Revenue Account. This is known as the Transparency Code.
The data is published in a format that does not disclose the actual value of individual addresses, but gives information at a postcode level of the value of particular types of property owned by the Local Authority.
