We are carrying out electrical testing in all our properties as part of a five-year programme. Electrical improvement works will be made to properties that did not have this work done during the Decent Homes programme.
We will write to you when a test is due on your home. You will need to call the telephone number in the letter and book an appointment with our contractor, The Dodd Group for the work to be done. The test will take approximately two hours.
You must book the appointment and allow access for this work to be done. Your tenancy agreement states you must allow access for this work. It is also a legal requirement.
