Away from home
If you are going to be away from home for a period of time – for example going on an extended holiday or into hospital please contact us to let us know:
- Your contact details or details of someone we may contact in your absence
- If someone has a key to your property (in the event of an emergency repair we may need to contact them)
- Arrangements to ensure that your rent is paid
